Our Process
Immersive
Hospitality Design
A world-class guest journey begins long before arrival. Our responsible, multi-faceted approach to hospitality design is informed by the DNA of a destination. We take a 360-degree approach, studying the history, culture, and geography of each place and assessing the social impact. At the same time, we’re committed to working with our clients to deliver the service, amenities, and offerings that the luxury traveler expects while constantly working to redefine the meaning of “new luxury.”

Contextual Study
Contextually relevant design starts with an in-depth understanding of a destination, from a historical, social, cultural, and environmental perspective. Inherent curiosity and respect towards the land and its inhabitants unite our team. Therefore, the first step in our process entails a comprehensive contextual study to understand a destination from all aspects.

Experiential Design
At Luxury Frontiers, we believe that successful experiential design considers the complex “living” relationship between the traveler, manmade spaces, and the natural world. We thoughtfully design and calibrate our spaces to deliver extraordinary tourism experiences that also protect fragile habitats and local communities. We advocate for unscripted hospitality experiences that are authentic and engaging and reflect all elements of a destination.

Physical Design
Encompassing architectural, interior, and infrastructural design, we masterplan the physical scheme, create a concept design, prepare full working drawings, and provide the principal-agent service. Lastly, we embrace environmentally and socially responsible best practices throughout the design phases.

Community Involvement
Our team works with local companies, professionals, vendors, and artisans to bring hospitality projects to life. We also work with operators and suppliers who hire, train and upskill local communities for rewarding careers related to the hospitality sector.

Sustainability Framework
Often located in remote and ecologically sensitive destinations, off-grid eco-hotels, camps, and lodges present a unique challenge for designers, developers, and operators who aim for sustainable systems. Luxury Frontiers creates bespoke sustainability frameworks encompassing place, people, materials, infrastructure, and third-party certifications, ensuring responsible development and operations of projects.

Marketing Support
We empower a project’s financial success and brand recognition through targeted media partnerships, securing placements in leading publications including Architectural Digest, Forbes Magazine, Financial Times, Vogue, Robb Report, Bloomberg, New York Times, Condé Nast Traveler, Travel + Leisure, Skift, and Hospitality Design Magazine.
